Man-zan-ita!

Nothing beats a s'more cooked on the beach at sunset.

Toasted to perfection by a professional roaster.

A little bit of sand is just part of the experience.

It rained every morning but cleared for every sunset.

The sun made Linds extremely happy.

The bluffs provide a nice vantage point.

It was just a two minute walk from the house to the beach.

Just the right amount of wind to get a kite in the air.

Some of us thought we should have a more sophisticated kite.

On a rainy morning we had lunch in the Tsunami Sandwich shop in Seaside.

We hiked Oswald West on a sunny afternoon.

Linds and Spence hiked down the beach to check out the waterfall behind them.

 Looking down on Manzanita.

It's never too cold for Spence to get wet or Karl in his pretend wetsuit.

We looked for Japanese Tsunami debris.

 We made a sand castle.

It was still standing the morning we left.

 Another sunny afternoon.

We played games and watched Food Network and the Olympic pre-trials.
