Mason's senior project was working at the elementary school book fair.
He got to haul books in and out.
Arrange them for display, and run the cash register too.
But the librarian was really happy he was willing to wear the Clifford costume.
He was enormously popular.
He probably made the buses a little late for departure.
The oldest kids were a little too cool for a hug.
The younger ones didn't care.
Even the siblings had to shake his hand.
It was a very warm suit to wear.
He said he couldn't see anything closer to him than four feet.
Really, all he had to do was stand still. They came to him.
