Mariner's: 101 Losses This Season!

Spence and I went on a class field trip to Safeco Field last Thursday. It was a rainy day, so the roof was closed. The Mariners play 160 games per season. They are currently at 101 losses/0 wins---go Mariners! Spence took this picture of the team store which we spent far too long in!

We got to walk next to the field, but not on it! It is Kentucky Bluegrass. They mow it 1 1/4" on every game day and every other day on non game days. PBS was filming a documentary (the people on the other side of home plate.)
