Meisters in DC

We got to DC in time to hear the Meisters perform. They sang their first number standing in the aisle surrounding the audience. They sounded heavenly!


They sang in Christ's Church in the Capitol Hill section of DC. It is a 200-year-old church with the claim to fame of being the home church of John Philip Sousa. He lived just a few doors down the street.




They had a pizza dinner after the concert in the Episcopalian version of a cultural hall.



These are the seniors. As you can see they are already celebrating that fact.
